Problematic
How could you inform and direct passengers in real-time?
The iGirouette® solution
From June to September 2017, 3 iGirouette® were installed at Paris-Montparnasse train station to help guide passenger flow:
- station entrances and exits
- moving between Hall 1 and Halls 2, 3 & 4
- passenger services: toilets, food…
- accessing other means of transport (train, bus, metro, taxi)
The 3 devices were then removed and are currently installed at Aix-en-Provence train station. Depending on feedback on the use of the iGirouette® and customer perception, the devices may be installed in other train stations in France.
